PURCHASING AND PAYMENTS

You don't need to be logged in to an account to be able to place an order.

You can search items by using the search bar or you can shop by pet using the different categories. To see more details, click on the product. You might need to select a size or color before clicking on "Add to Cart".

After adding items to your cart, you can check out or keep shopping. While you're shopping, you can always click the cart on the right top corner of your screen to view your shopping cart or proceed to check out.

To check out, click on the black button that says "Checkout". On the checkout page, add or select (if you already have a Life of a Pet account). Any discounts or promotions will be reflected in your order total.

Next, click on "Continue to shipping". On this page you will be able to change your contact and address information, and select your shipping method.

Next, click on "Continue to payment". On this page you will be able to change your contact, address and shipping information, and select your payment method. You can pay using Shopify payments which accepts most credit cards and other payment services, or alternatively Paypal.

 

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does order delivery take?

Orders are normally dispatched between 3 to 5 days. Each individual posting will provide a clearer expectation of total shipping time for that item.

***Please be aware of shipping delays caused by restrictions for COVID19 all over the world. We are shipping our products on time but unfortunately there may be a delay in the normal estimated shipping time that we cannot control. Therefore we can only guarantee that your item has been shipped but not its arrival time.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.

Do you deliver orders to my country?

Currently we only deliver to the United States. We intend to deliver across the globe soon.

Are all of the products in my order sent together?

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid additional charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.

Where are your products delivered from?

Most of our products are made in and delivered from the United States. However some of our products are manufactured and sent from all over the world to give you the best possible prices, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.
